oh GOD not again.. car was attacked last night.

So I got woken up at 330 this morning by my neighbor to find out someone had smashed out my window in the pouring rain.. like tropical storm rain.. they went through my glove box and center console and they stole some electronics from my car.. got the car covered up with a tarp, filed a report with the cops, and went back to sleep.. went back outside just now to look at the car in the light and noticed they stole all my lug nuts except my wheel locks.. ARGH(thank god i didnt drive it) this is now the 3rd time someone has attempted to steal my wheels in different locations. twice in my 2008 and now once in my 2012.. didnt think the 2012 wheels were hot in the streets... I guess they smashed the window thinking i kept the key in my glove box.. IF YOU KEEP YOUR LOCK KEY IN YOUR GLOVE BOX FIND A HIDING SPOT.

I am not posting pics.. picture your G with no passenger side window and 4 lug nuts removed from each wheel.. and cringe at the thought.

I hope they get what's coming to them. Sorry for the trouble you've gone theough with your G. I'm glad the wheel lock saved your wheels. Usually it doesn't matter. Good luck.

I'd buy another set of wheel locks (so you have 2 on each wheel)...if they want to get ur locks off all they need to do is hammer a socket over them...

Dang that is not good news. I guess you have to get another car or at least I would. 3 times would be the charm for me.

At least they didn't tow your car away and strip that apart. Hope everything works out.

Sorry to hear that, bro.

Now where's that guy that argued with me 2 weeks ago saying that there was no point in having locks. If you didn't have locks, you'd have NO wheels right now. Good job sir.

I have to say that I am totally lost on the G being a target so much these days. But as I sit here and think about it, I guess Infiniti DOES have the best OEM wheels with a very popular lug pattern. It really makes me wonder about some of the wheels that I end up seeing on Ebay or on an Altima.

It's almost as if after market wheels are safer, which is beyond bizarre.

I had to pay $350 for a new window at safelite and they are going to install it later today.. now I just got to get a hold of the tint guy.. LOL Just noticed when I was putting logs on my car that they stole my electronic cigarette.. who the heck steals that?

Who knows, maybe that electric cigarette malfunctions and shocks them.

Anyways, glad to hear things are getting better man! I just found out today when going to get my brake pads checked out that I have no damn wheel lock key! Looked ALL over the car, the mechanic said it was missing. Now I need to get some new locks too

Sad sad story, there's alot of jealous ppl I guess, but I keep my wheel lock on my keys, you want my rims come find me first. It's just a lighter pouch with a cover attached to my keys.
