To ruin a beautiful car with a bad habit. So sad...
On a more practical note, it affects the resale-ability of the car. I'm speaking from anon-smoker's viewpoint. But assuming all things equal, I'm sure you could find a smoker to buy the car just as easy, right??
Also, what is there for the "Non-smoker's" package. I too have front and rear ashtrays and a lighter up front. Any smokers want to swap "non-smoker's" parts? But only if it's not smelly!
I have an ashtray and a lighter in my G. Not sure why you wouldn't. What's funny is although I'm (unfortunately) a smoker, I don't smoke in my car(s).
I had stopped smoking in my cars probably 15 years before I quit smoking. I never cared for the smell even though I loved smoking. My wife still smokes but never in the cars (or house). Really it can wait. We just stop a little more ofter when she and I take a road trip. No big deal.
