Man I would have had the insurance cut me a check. I would have even told them to give me 1/2 lol. You could have bought some used stocks and some after markets. WOW.

I recently bought a set of oem 19s wheels from a forum member and I purchased a set of Gorilla locking lugs. With these locks every lug is a lock and makes it just a little bit harder for a thief to get them off the car. Like someone else said a determined thief will not be stopped be at least I can make it i bit more difficult for him.

My insurance didn't offer me a cash option :|
I got some wheel locks from Infinity but they will just cause a small delay
Someone can just buy something like this
Brandsport Keys $89.95 Lug Nut Master Key Set 14 Piece Kit
CTA A146 $11.95 Lug Nut Remover Wheel Lock Remover Fits Small Nuts/Locks

In Canada, the replacement rims and tires from the dealer will cost about 7500 cad
Any chance the storage has surveillance cameras around the building?

For your rims, I wouldn't even consider the dealer. Buy a good used set on this site, they're typically selling for around $1k.

People like this should be put down... Thieves are the worse kind of people if you can even call them people. I hope insurance has taken care of you.
