New 2012 G 37S Coupe
I love this car and now have about 2000 miles on it. I am looking at changing the CAI to the Injen and adding the Stillen exhaust, I've heard they're tuned to be used together(I don't want an exhaust that's too loud). I will later do a dyno tune and lower the car a bit, I don't plan on racing it just want too open it up a bit. I live in Palm Beach County., Fl., any suggestions appreciated--thanx all.

Congrats on the new car. I live in Fort Lauderdale and just picked up the same car in January. How are you enjoying it? Color, options transmission? I am in the same boat, deciding on cai's and exhaust.

Maybe get the intakes first, since there are couple of good ones to choose from. Either Stillen V3, or R2C. If you want similar designed intake as the Stillen V3, you can also try Takeda.
As far as Exhaust goes, you don't have to match the Stillen intake, most of them will work. Take your time and choose the right one

You don't need to match the Stillen Gen 3's with any specific exhaust. There is no correlation and it will work with any exhaust. I have stillen Gen 3's and Tanabe. For exhaust most would recommend Tanabe or Fast Intentions. Listen to them all and pick the one you like the sound of most.

I have previously owned many top end sports cars and can honestly say this car is terrific. i have a blk on blk S,auto & nav. Have made numerous calls to shops to do the work and seem to have honed in on Horsepower Logic up in Royal Palm Beach. They work mostly on 350/370 Z's and G 37 but suggested right away on the Injen CAI and Stillen Exhaust with a dyno tune. Most other shops wavered without specificity. They also were fine with me buying the parts which I believe I can get less expensive and therefore don't have there markup and the added tax. Good luck any further questions advice please ask away, good luck with your car.

Also live in downtown fort lauderdale. Would love to hear some of these exhausts in person. Anyone going to the Vossen meet on May 25th? Anyone interested in getting a small little meet up at one of the local bars downtown?

i live up in orlando but im from west palm beach (lake worth). intake wise, i went with the takeda system and i absolutely love it. exhaust wise, do a search and see what you like the sound of that is not too loud. im getting the fast intentions exhaust and RHFC, should be here in 2 weeks (so stoked), but i wanted a loud and deep exhaust system. as for HP logic, ive heard nothing but great things about them. I actually have an apt with them on May 24th for my uprev tune before the vossen meet in miami. i suggest you join for the meet, you'll see first hand what you like and don't like on the car as there will definitely be a lot of us down there.
