Sometimes I hate this forum. I did not post this thread for people to comment on whether or not they think it is a good idea or whether or not G’s are used for that. To be honest most people who don’t think you can or should put a hitch on a G is probably just not smart enough to install it.

dude if i can tow two racebikes with my nissan rogue (2.5 4cyl) you can tow with a G
just make sure the hitch install is flawless, and take things easy. i wouldnt tug more than 1,500lbs tho. id keep it at the maxima tow limit of 1,500lbs

Telling people to STFU on a public forum because they stated their opinion is not really all that cool...
I personally would not put a hitch on my G either...they do make vehicles for that kind of stuff.
