Would you buy a stripped 2009 G37 Coupe S?
I'm going to look at what appears to be a near mint 2009 Sport coupe MT. It has only 25K miles, remainder of factory warranty, PLUS an additional 3YR/100K mile powertrain warranty on top of that offered by the dealer. It's beautiful and Obsidian black.
Here's the kicker. It's totally stripped! No roof, no premium, no heated seats, etc etc... Such a nice car and internet price is listed @ $26,900.00
I know I could add a decent $2000-3000.00 aftermartket audio system if I wanted to in the future, I have a portable GPS, and I can back up fine without a camera.
What would you do?

I say no. You can get a fully loaded 08 S cheaper than that. The tradeoff is pretty much 7AT for 5AT, heated seat ***** (which you wouldn't have anyways) and some other minor stuff.
From my recent experience, the backup camera certainly does help out a lot in certain circumstances. You'll use it at times you never thought you would need it.
If you're in the 08 vs 09 debate, get whichever is a better deal for you.
I believe 2010 is where a line gets drawn with the HD screen and some other goodies.
Oh yeah, the 09 gets a tiny bit better gas mileage because of the 7AT.
Use the 2-3k for mods, the mod bug will bite.

Forget the AT. I am looking for a manual. By the prices I have seen, even without the options, finding an 09 with 25K miles, in pretty much mint condition, it's hard to beat $26,900.00 unless its private sale. NADA still lists it at $29,500.00 retail also.
I will not be putting tasteless exterior mods on it, llike most do here. I will be doing a complete turbo build only. I think they look classy and sylish in stock form.

The only thing I would really miss is the handsfree phone system. I'm also one of the weird people on here that is perfectly happy with the bose system.
But there might be some other things I take for granted (heated mirrors, homelink, ipod connection). The sunroof on these cars is almost useless, though I do like having the shade open to let some light through. Really, the sunrooof buffets so bad on the freeway and needs a better deflector. I never use the memory feature on the seats.

Ha. Whatever let him buy a "stripped down" aka "cheapest thing I could find but I want to turbo it"
Its mint becasue it sucks ***** and somebody traded it in becasue they wanted to kill themselves for having it. Most likely

And even though he was a rude *****, I have found, with about 2 minutes of work, the answer to your question. But if you don't believe me, as stated above, please buy it and we will all laugh at you.

Not true, although 6MT are loaded now if you opt for it, before 2011 (or 12?) 6MT models could be purchased without the premium package. Seen quite a few actually.

Yep, seen quite a few 6MTs/G37S without handsfree, and quite a few G37S owners complain about no ipod connection. Not always looking at all those things, but those and the lack of seat heaters give it away.
The sports package didn't require the premium package, but the navigation package does require the premium package.
It's funny though, even without those options, the base G37 is still very well equipped.

Haha way to insult the hand that feeds noob.
People to date who claim they will build an AWEZOME turbo G yo: 8,678
People who have followed through on said promise: >10
Anyone else tired of the "turbo build" chest thumping promises???
