I think alot of sites like that tend to pick up for sale ads from else where. I know when I listed something in ebay classifieds, all sorts of weird and unusual sites had it indexed too.

From the link to the salvage car site that someone else posted combined with what others were saying about a mix of 08 and 09 parts, it seemed like a reasonable conclusion. That may be entirely incorrect though. Any buyer should do thorough research regardless.
