I am happy everyone is pointing towards the G37S considering that is the car I have presently. Its an 08 though.
Pearl G37S 6 speed

and although the IPL looks lovely , I do agree with everyone about the price. I just felt a 20k upgrade for seats, body kit and 18+ horse power . The figures simply did not add up.

I have checked out the CTS coupe, the A5, and even the S5. I have read many reviews of Audi reliability and without the car being on, many cannot tell it apart from a Honda.
BMW is nice but I simply cannot get over the "boring and dated" interior while the outside has such a presense. I also like the X6.

M3 sedan is also caught my eye.

Thank you all for giving me your opinions and welcoming my question with open arms.

Infiniti owners I applaud you

guys i cant believe the comparisons that are being made to the price of this car lol, first people are comparing used car prices to the new car list price of the ipl, then people are comparing the negotiated prices of lesser g37's to the msrp of the ipl!! gotta be apples to apples here, a 52k ipl can probably be had for around 46-47 and a used can be had for around 40, is an ipl with 6000 miles a bad deal at 40k?? i dont think so

There I added all the options for a 6mt sport 2012 brand new and you can get it for about 43k even lower if you are good at talking.
The sticker for my leased 2011 G37xS with nav, premium, sport came out to $48,600

Here's the funny thing.. Most people bought their g37 coupe brand new out the door almost at 48k.. It's literally just about 4k more. Its funny how most people wouldn't buy it on the forum but the IPL's sell out quickly. Lol.

IPL 52k.

Fully loaded G37 coupe will run you 48 k out the door w/o aero package.

20k? How did you get a brand new G37 coupe for 28,000$?

I want in! I'll buy a few and sell em for 46k out the door!

Honestly, for 4,000$ more for the IPL.. I would buy it if it was out when I got my coupe.. You get a more distinctive look, nicer rims, IPL badge, a unique body kit, a little more hp.. for only 4 k more. They make thousands of coupes a day but probably only 10 IPL's a day :P .. a chance to own a piece of art! haha

Wow. That's a sick deal. How many miles were on it? Excellent bargain.

uhhh.....but he said that's what he actually paid for his G37S.....25k is what he paid. I'm saying that's a good bargain and it is depending on how many miles were on it.

52k for an IPL is new car price tag. You were mentioning used Isf's and used Beamers.. Of course you can get a used M3, Lexus is F for that price range. But you are comparing used cars with the 52k IPL.. It's like saying.. Why buy a 2012 Ferrari for 200,000 when you can get a used 2010 one for 120.. so the 200,000$ Ferrari is not worth it.

Well.. even if you wanted to spend 30k for an IPL, you can't get it for 30k.. Even the 370z is like forty.. There is no other luxury brand car that is a V6 with 330 HP and a coupe for under 35k so I don't know what world you're living it or what's your expectations for a 52k car.. German badge perhaps? Lol.. (New cars of course).

guys the fact is its only a 4000 difference, and for that amount it is worth it. an aftermarket body kit will cost over 3k and you will be lucky if the color matches and everything lines up. the performance difference and the interior change are both a bonus. The fact that you get the special badging and the car is a little bit more unique also has a value imo
