I live in an apartment but I couldn't live without getting the g. It will be outdoor kept 24/7. Anything you guys recommend I do to keep it's color or anything else I should know?

Get a car cover, don't park under trees full of birds, keep it in the shade, corner spots to avoid other parked cars dinging it.

Nope no garages & getting a cover is asking for someone to do damage on purpose

A cot with a canopy, a good sized outdoor fridge, and a baseball bat. Then use your car cover..

Rough parking lot, I guess just try to nab a corner spot as much as possible.

Buy an extra set of rims & tires as no doubt you will be starting a cinder block collection.

Go onto some car care forums and understand how to wax your car. Give her a good wax and seal with reputable products that fit your price range. That will help protect from mother nature. Not much you can do with any haters... Hoping none exist around your apt!

I assume that is the view from your home to the G?! Nice - I would be parked in front of that window stating at my car all day and night! She looks great BTW!

@Mayu yeah, that's from my apartment to the g :P & I hope there's no haters but i'm mostly worried about the kids
@Lt8Che I try my best, and we got 3 more cars that I can park between hopefully + the spot far on the left just became a handicap spot literally a few days before I got my G (so mad)
@xtremeroller LMFAO I so would do that.
@2008G-Man Nobody steals around here (at least not rims & tires) since I live in a pretty rich neighborhood (I'm in the only apartment complex in this neighborhood) & my mom and dad both have 3 series (dad has a super old one) and they both still got their rims & tires haha :P
What I do have to watch out for is screws & nails. They're pretty careless when they work around here since my mom's car ended up with a 2 inch screw in her tire

Get some gorilla locking lug nuts because the rims are the most stolen thing from a G37 coupe

Agreed with all the advice mentioned so far. Try to nab that end spot and park as close to the grass as you can.

You could always rent a storage unit close by and get a beater car.
Then you could park the Infiniti in the storage unit and commute back and forth in the beater between the apartment complex and the storage unit.

I have the same problem as you. My condo's parking lot has no shade and my car is left out under the elements all day.

Here's what my friends suggested... in no particular order of importance..

1) Get those UV blocking tints and a sunshade windshiled cover
2) Keep your leather seats and the dash conditioned
3) Wax/detail the car every few months or so.
4) Also apply a sealer for better protection.
5) Wash the car frequently, or as much as possible.
