Newbie with search engine question

On many of the threads on here I've seen people refer other people to the search engine. Are there some magic words that I am supposed to type in there when I am doing a search? I don't get **** when I type in a keyword. For example, if I wanted to find threads on "Cold Air Intake", I would type that in and maybe get one thread. How should I phrase my search inquiries? Thank in advanace!

How is that going to get more? That will yield less results.

To the OP, not sure what you are doing wrong because I just searched the same thing and got 11+ pages of threads.

Might want to try "cai", air intake, etc. CAI might be too short of a word for the search engine to process.

You can also go to google and search

In a google search bar, "site:myg37.com cai"... I get about 23K hits. You can also limit google's search by time (past day, week, month, year, custom, etc.)
