He has them wrapped in Thermal Wrap. I had this on my MS3, Cause the intercooler pipe went over the engine,. Dumb mazda FTL..LOL Its good stuff

There is intake intake wrap, but i just used exhaust wrap for headers. Exhaust temps get way hotter than engine bay so Im counting on little to no heat getting in. To get more performance you really want cooler air and cooler fuel temp. Some people go to the extent of getting an ice box for their fuel. Snow Performance is a leader in this. Before fuel goes into the engine it will go through a chilled compartment. Noticable gains for FI cars just like the switch to ethonal.

I chose DEI for the wrap brand. They seem to be a quality leader. Most wraps are eye sores but this color and pattern is fairly new and I think looks pretty good. I wrapped the entire tube also.
