so i recently just sold my g35 and now im looking to pick up a g37. since i only got 30k to spend i can't get a 2011 right now. a buddy told me to wait till next summer and the price of the 2011 will drop down. should i wait or should i just pick up a 2010? what is the changes from 2010 and 2011?

They are exactly the same. Year doesn't really matter if it's the same generation with only a year difference. That's a no-brainer. 30k means 2010, and with a good, decent mileage.

Actually in the coupe, the 11 has fogs on the bottom and the 10 are integrated into the headlights. Other than that, they are same.

if you are comparing the sport package, the 2011 has a new bumper, and fog lights at the bottom,
I'll let you be the judge on how the new sport bumper looks,
Also the sport package has new wheels as well.
This as well, I'll let you be the judge.

in my opinion, the 2011 sport bumper looks better,
and I'll get flamed for this, but I also thing the new sport wheels look better too! lol
pictures don't do justice, you have to see the 2011 sport wheels in person!

My friend has a 2010 Black G37S convertible with the sport wheels,
and he even said my wheels look better then his lol
but i'll let you be the judge! lol

Flame on it or not, I love my 2011 sport wheels. One of my favorite thing on the car... along with the new bumper and fogs, lol

The 2013 G37 coupe will come out in late 2012. Why not wait and make that 30k a down payment? : )

2011 gives you integrated fogs into the bumpers.
