Throttle surges when idleing

Sometimes I will be sitting at a stop light with my foot on the brake and the revs will start going up and down very rythmically (about a second apart). It will start doing it and you can feel the car wanting to surge forward, and if it werent for me keeping my foot on the brake, it would!

Has anyone else had this problem? Since it does'nt do it all the time I figured I would video it and show the mechanics at the shop since I dont want to bring it in and them tell me "could not duplicate problem"

Anyone??
thanks!

what does TSB mean; I have had the same problem on my car before; just does it periodically. I have an aftermarket exhaust as well. This is the first time I have heard of the TSB idea

Mine has started doing something similar but feels more like the RPM's drop, Car has a little shake to it when it happens.
