Hey guys I'm going to be buying a G37 coupe and I just wanted to know what do I have to look in to before buying it, I know engine and transmission is the first what else do I have to know about the car also like lights electronics interior etc. Is there any big problems that I can run into? get a machanic to check the car over. get a car proof / car fax. then call infiniti if it is a private sale or ask them to look up what service has been done (your looking for a large numeber of warranty claims).

if those things check out and the price is right u got a car

Just remember that foxes don't know what they aren't told, and they believe everything they hear. Just because Carfax doesn't tell you about something doesn't mean it didn't happen. And just because Carfax says something happened, doesn't mean it did.

It's better than nothing, but not foolproof.

 

We're looking at a 2009 37x coupe this weekend.

It's at an Infiniti dealer, but not listed as certified used. I plan to ask them about that, but any idea why (assuming it's not just an error in the listing)
