A matter of color

So this is kinda an idiot question, but I want your opinions on the color of my G. The prior owner told me it is Dusk Blue and I test drove a different G of the same color at a Chevy dealership that also claims it is Dusk Blue. But when looking at the colors of the 2008 model line, there is no Dusk Blue, but Blue Slate which seems close to the color of mine, but not quite.

I have no idea but there is a color called blue dusk Apperently for the 08 g37. I googled it and there are several gs that are being sold under that color however they don't really match yours...

Why dont you just open up the door and look for the color code?

Maybe Blue Slate = Dusk Blue ??

I know that some of the color's names are different in the USDM / Canadian / JDM G's (370GT's). Same color code, different names.

**Edit**

Nissan has a Dusk Blue Metallic, but it doesnt look nowhere near a Blue Slate.... could be that the seller made a mistake.

The car on your pics looks like a Blue Slate to me.

Yeah blue slate can look about 10 different colors depending on the lighting. Open the door or look under the hood and you should see a code K52 = Blue Slate.

Blue Dusk is a Nissan color, but I think for the 2011 Versa under paint code B23 or BV0.

This is actually the one I test drove from the Chevy dealership in Mission Valley, San Diego. They claimed it is Dusk Blue, but it's also a Chevy dealership. That one is nice, but the rims rub the brake calipers... Anyways the I bought mine from a private seller and he says its color is Dusk Blue and factory paint. I will check the color code on the door and get back to you guys. And thanks for all the responses to my idiot question lol.

So I finally remembered to check the color code and it is K52, blue slate. So the prior owner and the Chevy dealership were wrong lol. Thanks for the tip guys.
