From Maxima to G
I was wondering how am I going to feel driving a G37 after my 2010 Maxima. When my lease ends I want to buy the 09 G on stick. Athens Blue color fully loaded, what changes am I looking at?

You're looking at a major difference, man! At that, a difference that you'll love. Maxima is a great car, hands down, but being in a G coupe, that's a feeling of its own. Performance, first of all. Sexy looks, and an awesome interior, secondly. You'll also get a stiffer ride than the Maxima has, but not in a unlikeable way; in a sporty way, rather. But please, and please, make sure to get yourself the Sport model of the G! It a must, because that's how its meant to be.
Don't forget: You'll also have a pleasing exhaust note that puts a smile on your face, and people will turn heads to see you drive by, guaranteed. G = awesomeness.

Everything that you guy's said is true because I test drove the 2011 G37x Coupe today and major difference! Interior is by far sexier better looking and more feature's. The Exhaust sounds amazing but what really made me happy with the G is there is no CVT feels like a real car. To be honest I never liked CVT I always drive in Sport Mode in my Maxima. What performance parts should I buy and what brand? Because I'm crazy about performance and which set of Coilover's?

As a Maxima owner unfortunatley Im going to have to agree with everyone here lol. As much as I love my car the G is a bit better. RWD feels so much better than FWD, having gears is also a better feeling then having the motorboat feeling with the CVT. I dont regret my choice at all. Still I couldnt trade my car for one for some reason, would get the 335I if I was getting rid of my Max.
