G37S Congenital Defects
I found this board when I was searching for a reason that the battery had for no reason gone dead on the 2009 G37s. That search led to a list of common problems that other G37s owners have including:
- Dead Batteries
- Torn leather seats due to thin material
- Squeaking brakes
- Excessive inner tire wear on front tires.

Your first complaint is completely legit and should be taken care of. The others are questionable and have been taken care of fir some owners in the the interest of customer relations rather than as an obligation of warranty coverage. you'll probably have to take legal action to get them remedied if the dealership tells you they won't fix them under warranty. Best of luck with that.
I've never seen the seat issue you mentioned.
Have you tried greasing the appropriate parts of your brake calipers?
Is your car's front end aligned properly?

you can add very very soft paint on the 19inch rims, and may rims have defects where the paint is actually missing in some spots causing large amounts of black dots(primer) to show.
and you can add the tranny bearing issue that many people are aware off.

Yea I have the damn black spots on my rims and the dealer said there was nothing he could do as it was a known defect and Infiniti quit honoring the warranty on them as they were replacing way to many of them which I think is BS. I have been meaning to write the main company on these rims.

The thin leather on the seats is pretty ridiculous. I picked a pair of pants up from the dry cleaners and the edge of one of the coat hangers sliced straight through my back seat. The sound of the ripping was a like a knife through my heart considering how much care I take to keep the car looking good. The dealer said for about $70 a guy can patch it(?) or something to make sure the rip doesn't spread.
