If you plan on modifying the nismos a waste. I got a base with sport because it comes with the bigger wheels and brakes standard. Mines already got an injen cold air intake and mxp cat back. Base radios comin out next week and getting replaced with an entire system sittin in my room. Would have been a waste of the extra $$$ for the nismo since im ripping everything out. Suspensions goin soon too and theres way nicer kits out there than the nismo kit, while its nice looking. I would much rather the AMUSE kit.
Great car over all though. I came from an 09 G37X Coupe to the 11 370Z 6mt. Im loving it so far!

The day I got my G, I was on the way to a Nissan dealership to buy a 370Z convert touring/nav with the sport package. The Infiniti dealership came up first on my route and decided to stop for some reason. Then I saw my Gale, fell in love with her, dealer gave me an offer I couldn't refuse and it was over!! Plus I got her for less than what Nissan was wanting for their 370Z.

We were going to get a Nismo but the wife couldn't over come the fact they don't come in autos and she really wanted a back seat so we got the G37 IPL. Nismos are fun to drive, look bad a** and I would recommend them to anyone. There are certain cars you just shouldn't modify though and the Nismo is one of those.

as a previous Nismo Z owner, GO for it. You won't regret it. Best car Ive ever owned. Only draw back is, you wont wanna swap stuff out (at least I didnt) cuz you paid for that car from a collectors stand point. You arent buying a nismo for the extra 30hp. You can spend the difference from a sport on that and have better stuff. Just my opinion

I love the Nismo ! I owned a very nice Carbon Silver 2007 Z I got when I turned 20! However I put 60k miles on it and it needed a new Tranny and the clutch had Some recall and it would stick to the floor . But as soon as I stepped into the G37 it was a whole new game. Pure luxury and refinement , to me it was a far better car! Then the damn Nismo370 came out and I fell in love ! For me As a single guy and the fact that I hate carrying passengers I probably would have gotten the Nismo over the G and dropped w Super aggressive wheels . Base model Zs to me look like a kids car, at least the Nismo looks aggressive and way nicer w the Aero kit Vs all other Zs. Nissan did a great job designing the Nismo .

370Z Nismo Vs a Modded G37S hmmm No Thanks!!! I will stick to my G lol but this Nismo does have the Power and handling to back it up . looks sick rolling and u don't see many around! My friend has his dropped and it's all it really needs, and Synchro Rev match is too addicting lol. I bet the next IPL or any 6MT will have that feature.

I just bought a new car. Considered both the 370Z Nismo and the G37 IPL. Ended up choosing the IPL because I think its a better looking car with more features and a nicer interior. Both fun though and the 370 is obviously a bit quicker
