uh u guys are mis-reading the article. it says 70K is for the next IPL, the normal G coupe will still be 40-50K

yeah first thing that came to my mind with that new redesign is the BMW Z4. Then someone mentioned smashed FX nothx and I was like ROFL...

 

I won't buy it for $70K. I'll rather add another $30K to get a GTR instead.

 

Or subtrac 15-20k and get a used GTR. For 70k I'll keep mine and take the extra $$$ and go FI.

I find this thread funny. When you go back through the G35driver threads when the G37 was coming out you can read almost the same exact comments..............

As far as the AMG engine in the IPL I like it. It means I have one of the few true Nissan IPL's. I might eventually buy an AMG IPL but I will for darn sure hold on to the IPL I have. Its going to be a rare car. You IPL owners keep modifing them please! lol

That teal green G looks like a next gen IS coupe sketch I saw recently. I can almost guarantee that the actual product won't look anything like that drawing.

I'm sure the design will look a lot better in person instead of some silly rendering, but I have an issue with Nissan partnering with MB. If Infiniti takes this route, this will be my last Infiniti.

I'm pretty sour about what MB did to Chrysler last decade and vowed never to buy their products, ever. I'll take my $ elsewhere for my next car should these rumors hold true.

 

this car looks sick, kinda looks like if a maxima and g37 mated and had a baby this is what it would look like. the lights are sick when people see this car at night esp in black with these lights it'll look like a legit beast literally like a chinese dragon lol the only problem i have is the back part of the car it looks Prius type boxed form I would rather our G37 back or a better one than that lol

 

Noticably more torque than the V6 3.7L perhaps?
