What to look for in a used G37S

It's a 2008 6MT with the premium package (moonroof, ipod, etc). It doesn't have the sports package, but I think I'll live

West Houston Infiniti said the transmission was replaced for whining noises.
The tires are also worn down on the inside, needs an alignment.
I'm bringing the car back in an hour and looking for an AT.
