Rattling Noise
#16
Everyone gets a rattle there, I swear! I also, rarely, but sometimes get it. I Had the dealer dig around within the door panel, but it wasn't gone. Shortly after, I found out that it was the seatbelt dispenser. You know how it clicks when you put it all the way up and make it stay there? Fiddle around with that and make sure it's clicked in the up direction, not lowered. Also, play around with the seatbelt port as well. Fiddling around with those seemed to make my rattle go away. Also, check the seatbelts in the rear and make sure that they are solidly placed. If they have leeway of movement, they will rattle at higher cruising speed.
The next G better be freakin' completely rattle-less! Our old '97 Camry has less rattles.

Ok everybody. Was driving my G today on I95 and the noise is constantly there at 80 mph. It sounds like its coming from two places, the passenger rear and the passenger side door. I'm hoping that it's the speakers. Has anyone had any issues with their speakers making this noise? PLEASE HELP! This noise is so annoying when I'm driving and on the phone with someone. Does anyone think that there is some kind of issue with the bluetooth handsfree and the speakers because it more noticable when I'm on the phone with someone? If anyone has any info for me let me know, because i'm actually thinking about trading my car in because of this.

You may want to double check the seatbelt component. Because, just like you I had the similar issue and the dealership took off my dash and put foam in the parts they thought was causing the rattling noise. In addition, they suspected it might come from the passenger side speaker area. But after researching this night and day, I found that the problem was in the seat belt mechanism. In my case, whenever I drove over 50-60mph that annoying rattling noise kept coming back. So, when it happens to you, try to push the female seatbelt component thats located between the center console and passenger seat. Push it towards the passenger seat and see if the noise goes away. If so, there is a loose part in the seat belt assembly that is causing the rattle. Hope this helps.
