Ok, got the car back and I can't say I'm too thrilled. Instead of using a Matte finish it looks like they used a satin finish (unreal). The paint color is pretty damn close but the satin keeps throwing me off. They did not paint the whole wheel, rather just touched it up and blended it. My lip is not perfect and you can tell metal has been added to it. The curbed wheel was done well but it still has that satin finish. I'm debating on what I should do from this point. Here are my options,
Complain and make them refinish it again (difficulty level 5).
Complain and make them replace the wheels (difficulty level 9).
Complain and see what they offer to do (difficulty level 1).
Say life is too short and not worry about it (difficulty level 0).
Thoughts?

I'd start with
-Complain and make them replace the wheels (difficulty level 9)
you can always roll back to
-Complain and make them refinish it again (difficulty level 5)
Not doing anything would be the easiest, but I wouldn't let them get away with it. It's BS, plain and simple.
Tell them you'll be on the lot every Saturday communicating to any and all about your experience with BlahBlah Infiniti

What you should pursue, IMO, is that you want the car restored to the condition in which it was first brought to the dealer. Conveniently, the only way they can do this, realistically, is to get you a new set of wheels, or a new-to-you set of wheels which are flawless. The 2nd option, IMO, is perfectly acceptable.

Ouch, I'll be sure to have a sit down with the service manager at my dealer ship when i get my wheels, plus have my dslr for before and after pics. They have already gotten a scathing write up of how they can't read the tickets stating not to wash the car.

don't get me stahted on the landscaping guy at work who blew sand for cement all over my car... that's another letter. I've done his job (at the same company) - that is avoidable. Blades of grass are one thing - covering a car with sand, and then having the dumbass ***** to leave it is another.

Whenever I have ANYONE touch my car (tint, dealership, tire place) I always bring a camera and when the guy comes out to take it I tell him that I will be taking pictures of my wheels and corners of the car. I show him that my wheels are perfect and tell them that they are responsible for any and all scratches that appear. They look at me with fear in their eyes, but in the end she comes back perfect :-). Its all about that fear factor!

Update!
I called my service adviser and got the machine. I left a message saying I'm not happy with the results and would liked the wheel replaced. I'm giving them until tomorrow to respond back. I have a feeling they're not going to comply so I could be ready for a battle.
