My god what did he hit? The lift arm :/.. Good luck with the refinish. This is most likey why I never go to the dealer unless it's warrenty work,. You ever watch the lot guy or the tech drive your car?? I watch a guy rev up and rip and spin the tires all the way down the street once with my EVO(+400hp). Needless to say I complained and took my keys bacl and left.. Almost hit the service manager.. LOL

You know what this post just made me realize I didn't curb my wheel, the damn dealership did. I knew it wasn't me, and my wife doesn't drive my car. I didn't notice it until about a week later and couldn't figure out how it got there. It was the front driver's side wheel...I'll bet it was the guide rail on the car wash. I doubt there's much I can do about it now, but I will be checking all four wheels from now on, and if they screw up another one they'll be fixing both of them.

HAHA! I feel your pain bud. I had to have my 6MT Sedan delivered from Chicago, I ended up noticing a huge trail of scratches beneath the headlight that went towards the edge of the grille. It was also scratched over the headlight and the small front fender between the hood and headlight. It looked like someone went bat **** crazy with a polisher or buffer and threw some sand in there!! There was also a huge trail of buffer marks on the whole passenger side of the hood. I freaked on em and asked them to have it repainted right away and remove the buffer trails. They wanted to see if it could be professionally detailed instead since it was cheaper. But of course it was black so you know that crap didn't come out at all!! So now I'm forced to drive back up there, 300 miles between the 2 trips there and back and leave it with them a few days also. If they don't do a good job I will be sure to raise hell and I'm already getting on them to reimburse me for gas there and back. N2m with my lease 300 miles in my first three weeks adds quite a bit of mileage on there that I wouldn't normally travel (I live 1 mile from work)

I had warranty service done 4 times and always request no no wash/detail afterwards cause I know they always scratch the cars washing them. So this last time the car just got back fro am trip and was very dirty and bugs all over it so I said ok wash it. Well guess what..,.Yep some circular scratches all over it from a dirty sponge I suspect. WTF is wrong with people washing cars?

Hate to say it, and many will disagree with me on this, but dealship garages are not really meant to work on modified cars. The wrench turners are trained on their brand based or factory specs. You are inviting trouble when asking them to do work on a modded car, even if the problem is covered by warranty in many instances. A lowered car is very different to work on than a spec car.

In case you missed it, they dinged the wheel running my car through a car wash, not during the oil change. I specifically told them not to wash it and even had them write it on the service ticket. Had they followed my instructions and not washed the car my wheel would be ding free.
My car has now been there for 2 days and they still aren't done. Color me worried.

And if you have the sport brake check those too. Recently had Legacy Infiniti scratch mine and refuse to own up to it. Thats cool because it cost infiniti a customer. Went out and got a BMW instead. If you don't want my money, fine. I won't be back, I promise.
