Stillen front spoiler molding **Done**
Gentleman, and ladies, my brother-in-law and I have just about wrapped up the beginning stage of molding my urethane Stillen front spoiler. The plastic welding phase is almost complete. There are a few spots that we need to come back and fill in before we start the glazing process. I will be updating this thread as progress continues. I hope to have the bumper painted and installed in, no more than, two weeks. Here are the first pics:
I bought a refurbished Infiniti bumper from one of my suppliers at work. This is the initial grinding to make the transition smoother.
These are a few pics of the plastic welding, mostly done and sanded with 80grit sandpaper.
