It makes sense for the seat not to move back.........but since they already have the technology....why not atleast make is such that the steering wheel moves up? it would make entrance/exit simpler
My 6MT Sedan doesn't have this feature as far as I know. I use my default programmable setting for getting in and out and the second one for driving. I do remember test driving an automatic and the seat went all the way back when exiting.

I don't understand . Do coupes not have this feature? My sedan's steering wheel goes up when I open my door to get out.
Ahh if the reason was really "its cause there is someone in the backseat and it can crush the leg for coupes" then how come the G37 MT Sedan don't have it? its the same size as the regular sedan..

-coupes don't have it
-MT sedans don't have it (prob cause you need the clutch engaged to start it)
I figured it was because you young whippersnappers who buy coupes and MTs don't really need it and us fat, lazy, arthritic old farts who buy AT sedans do.
um........... i drive a 2010 g37S coupe and my steering wheel and seat moves back when i exit and moves back to place when i enter the car......... i don't know why others dont

Guys, this is exactly why it's only offered in the A/T sedan. That, and what ModMe said.
I have a 2010 G37S coupe and the wife has a 2008 G35 sedan A/T premium/tech. It's convenient having in her car but I don't really need it.
Although...having it does make getting in and out more comfy.
