HELP Hood wont open

HELP Hood wont open

I just installed stillen gen 3 intakes put everything back were it was and the hood won't pop now .... Need HELP

you prob got the cable stuck.

I really only heard that happen when ppl removed the headlights though.

Try to reach in through the driver side wheel well and see if you can get it free. Idk if you can though.

that blows..take it to infiniti dealer and say you have no idea what happened

This is probably a horrible idea, unless he wants to be charged for the repair. I think it will be pretty obvious to the dealer if a hood mechanism was broken because of his intake install. The dealer will be more than happy to charge labor on diagnostic and repair.

Yes i fixed it last night ...went through the wheel well and pushed the spirng on each side and it poped. it seemed that the wire was pinched and the hood got jamed when closing it.

sorry i didnt reply to your message. I used a wire through the grill and pulled on the latch wire! glad to hear you fixed it.
