Warranty Questions, how far infiniti can fix and replace?
Hey people
Just for curiosity, what do our warranty cover up to?
Recently I had some cracks on my steering wheel, shift **** and door handles , they replaced them all under warranty.
After that my friend even joked to me, I should ask the dealership for replacement of the new car!!!lol
I loved the fact that they replaced everything under warranty,
now my question is how far they can cover and replace or fix under warranty.
are they even gonna replace leather seats if my leather seats get damaged because of the sun?
My paint on the driver side door seems dead or lost clearcoat somehow, are they gonna paint it too under warranty?
I never thought that they are even gonna replace door handles inside because I scratched the most of them besides the natural cracks
Let me know lol

Basically anything not caused by "normal wear and tear" should be covered by waranty. Meaning brakes, tires, etc are not covered. Stuff like tranny, power windows, dash cracking are covered. I am surprised the covered door handles that you scratched. You have a dealer I guess.
