In this case the dealer may be right. If it vibrated before suspension mods it would have been better to have it checked out and fixed before performing mods that are known to make a car vibrate. Although its a PITA for you to do, I think it's reasonable for them to tell you to put it back stock before they can check it out.
FWIW, my money is on spacers or wheel balance being the issue.

Look man. I feel for you and I want to be on your side, but I bet it is the wheels or the spacers causing the vibration. More than likely the spacers. Several people have had problems with the Ichiba V2's.
One quick thing. Check to make sure the OEM studs that poke through the spacers are centered with the channel on the back of the wheel. Hopefully that makes sense to you.
(The Ichiba V2s fasten to the original stud. There is part of the original stud that will still poke past the nut. Make sure that is not hitting your wheel and causing your wheel to go on slightly crooked.)

sorry if you knew about an issue you should've fixed it before putting the spacers on. Or you should've just taken the spacers off before you brought it to the dealer to have them take a look at them.
Vibration issues have many variants that can be the cause.... could've be even the rotor, not just a wheel issue. Maybe dead spots in the tires? who knows

I was a service manager for 10 years saw all kinds of modded cars and would only denie the work if I knew 100% it was the issue. We all know that the drop will not cause the car to shake.

Oh course it makes sense to bring it back to stock before they work on it. They are obviously going to blame it on the spacers and drop before they begin to pay $$$ to fix your car. Should of had it addressed pre-mods obviously but that point is mute. Sucks but in the end they need to pay for it and they are not going to spend time diagnosing/eliminating potential problems that were possibly brought on you and spend more time than they have to. Sucks but its reality.
