quick question please help

quick question please help

what up guys, coming home tonight i was running with a 370z and didnt notice that i was in forth AT Trans when i looked down at the cluster it seemed like it was at 7500 8000 rpm, what is the rev limiter on thease cars and if i was at that range did it cause any damage i oly have 661 miles on the car, i guess im not used to the car my bmw used to automaticly shift at redline when i was using the pads. thank

Oh my god you just ruin a $40000 car!!!

Messing with you. No you did not damage anything and no the car does not automatically changes gears like acura and BMW b/c you are manual shifting for a reason.

Enjoy the new car and getting used to new beauty.

You should be fine. When driving mine in manual w/TCS off, the car HAS automatically shifted at times when I hit redline...the ecu will try to stop you from blowing up the car (call it self preservation).
