yea it was a dumb mistake i made of not sitting on it for a night, but all i can do is learn from it!! haha...it was an amazing car, but what i really wanted was a 2010 g37S auto sedan, black on black, im gonna keep prowling until i find one for a good price and do it. for the year, and the car, 34k was a bit pricey for the coupe...i know its certified and all, but a dealership in carsbad had the same car for like 4 grand less, and 12k miles less too...so im just gonna hunt for what i originally wanted....the sedan is way more bad *** in my opinion with a few cosmetic mods..a few people on here have some that i envy so hope i can find one!! anyone have one for sale let me know!!!!

Many dealers mark up their cars and then cut around 2k in front of you just to make you feel they're being nice.

Good luck with the sedan hunt. I think the coupe is way sexier but can't beat the practicability of the sedan. And I recently learned that the sedan is a tad bit faster despite having two less HP.

^ I got my sedan from Tustin (Sales Rep: Gil Navarro) and they did me right. Go with the sedan....they're a blast. Good luck and thanks for your service to our country!

Always check Edmunds.com for the TMV price. That's a good starting point

You guys are forgetting if he will fiance it or pay it in cash. If he pays monthly, there is a thing called interest. A g37S Coupe 2008 for 29k with 31k miles is about right. There are taxes and fees and interest (if pay monthly). Now if he paid 34,000$ for the CAR BEFORE taxes and interest then that's a lot. Go to craigslist.com All 2008 will go for around the same price he got it for BEFORE taxes. Go to kelly bluebook and do the numbers yourself.

Also, keep in mind that you can't really compare the sedan prices vs the coupe because the sedans are A LOTTTTTTT cheaper then the Coupes.

OTD price does not include finance charges. That's not how it works. your OTD price is the price if the car + doc fees, + sales tax + dealer add-ons like extended warranties. If the op got the car for that much after adding finance charges, then he didn't get too bad of a deal. But after finding out he paid close to 30k sticker price I'm sure that after OTD + finance charges, the final price is closer to 40k.
