Freak accident, need advice

Just got back from the body shop. The bumper had a couple of scratches on it and a few very very small bubbles. The body shop owner said he is going to fix it. He was blaming the car wash for the scratches.

Also it looked like the air bag wasn't mounted properly as I could see underneath the center portion where the airbag lies. See this pic if you don't know what I am referring to: (http://www.egmcartech.com/wp-content...images_003.JPG) He said he was going to try to loosen some part inside so it would be a more flush look.

Going to have to see on Monday now :sigh:

Did you get diminished value from NJM?
