I LOVE Infiniti and their Outstanding Service!!

As some of you may know from my Newb Intro, I've had my G now for about a week. The day after I picked her up, i noticed that there was a small dot or tear on the tint of the driver side window. Why I didn't call the dealership right away I don't know but I called it in to them on Monday and came in on Tuesday so they could check it out.

Service manager looks at it and right away I noticed he was a bit irritated, maybe because he thought I was the one who had caused the tear and I was looking get over on them. So they end up re-doing the tint that the dealership had to pay for and after a few hours, I came back to pick it up.

I get home and was getting ready to dress up the tires and I notice this dent on my car. And I was like WTF!!! Man I was pissed!! Mind you, I have only had the car for like 5 days. I know for a fact that when I took the car to them that morning to fix the tint that there was no dent there. I had filled her up that morning prior to going to the dealership and was just admiring the looks of the car and did not notice it at all! So I call the dealership right away and told them "WTF, there is a dent on my passenger door"!

I go back the next day so the Service Manager can look at it (same guy who was pissed about the tint). I explained my case. He said that when the car came back from tinting that he had checked the car and he did not notice the dent. And I was like well then whoever took the car to get it washed must have been the one who did it! So he says to me that he would get back to me in a couple of days so that he can have some time to check out their surveillance camera to see if the accident happened there.

So he calls me back today and says to me that they did not discover any evidence that it happened at their dealership but would fix the car anyway since the car was so new, and of course, to take care of me.

Man, what a relief! I thought I was gonna end up eating the bill! The tint was one thing, but for them to take care of this dent which I or they had no proof of them causing it is just amazing!! If you guys are in the Seattle area, Infiniti of Kirkland is the BEST!!! From my buying experience (as noted on my Newb Intro), to their customer service, I could not be any happier! Simply AWESOME!!

Just thought I'd share...sorry for the bad pix.

Thats a rare dealership right there. Good on them...besides the fact that they messed up your tint, then put a dent in your car....

Ask for a new door or door skin. Bondo isn't your friend. Hold them to a perfect and I mean perfect paint job. Your car is brandy new and painting a brandy new car isn't cool.

That just sucks.

I always take pics of my car when I drop it off at the dealers. I also make sure they make a not of the condition before I hand them the keys.

Too many *******s that could give a crap about your property.

I think I might have hurt someone that day once I found that big dent.

Nice burner you have in the garage too!!! What is it?

As for the dealership, again, I'm only speculating that it was either them or the tinting people. After reviewing their surveillance camera, there was no evidence that it was anyone at the dealership. Either way the damned dent happened and though I don't know who actually did it, I'm glad the dealership is taking care of it and me...

Kinda with you on that one and i dont want to burst your bubble but if they agreed to fix the dent it's probably because they know what happened. Still you're lucky in the sense that they didnt fight.
