Recirculation without A/C??
I've noticed that in my 2011 with the recirculation or inside air on, its not possible to have the A/C turned off. J/W if any of you guys are also experiencing this and why? in my previous car I could have it on inside air but not have to turn the A/C on.

It's not as bad as you think:

The actual AC that you guys are used to is not what Infiniti/Nissian Considers "Air Conditioning". The ac generator or whatever it is that messes with you mpg and hp will not activate unless it is needed, i.e. your temperature is set to 65F and its 80F out. The light is just on indicating that the air is simply on as far as my knowledge.

I had a 98 Maxima, and I never had this issue with that car. I would use it to keep the cold air from coming thru the vents when it was really cold out...in our cars, on warm day when you dont need the AC, but have the windows down, you cant keep the hot air (and our cars produce hella heat sun!!!) from coming thru the vents by using the recirculation button to close the vents. HIGHLY irritating.
