Front Plate

In my opinion on any car it looks so much cleaner with no front plate. But I live in ny so its required or else they'll harass you. Was wondering if any one was in any other states or ny rocking the plate differently. Zip tied somewhere or those hide away plates.

Here's a solution:

This subject has been covered many times before on this forum as a search would confirm. Currently, 31 out of the 50 states require a front plate, so you share the issue and possible solutions with many others.

Be like me, don't use it and get pulled over every other week. Or get the retractable one. The stillen one is cool too

I use the stillen one, easy to take off, and no holes in the bumper. Everyone will agree that a front plate takes away from the look of a car, but small town cops look to hassle you for things like that.

Mine is a 2011 sport sedan. Don't know how it fits with others, but the stock license plate mount fits perfectly in the air intake under the bumper. I drilled a couple of holes in the bolt insets so that I could zip tie it to the mesh.

The end result is that it is flush with the bumper. I'd rather not have it, but Texas is a front plate state.
