G37s?????

I still am in absolute love with the car, just sux being taken on. sort of bought it quick before I knew too much. Had to buy soon as my previous car was totaled and honestly didnt know what to look for and sort of figured "S" meant that it had the bigger brakes I wanted and the suspension but had nothing to compare it to. It does have bose/navi 40k miles. It was 26k out the door with taxes, which seemed very good for a loaded g37s. Regardless I'm in love with it and that being said maybe I wouldn't like the sport (wishful thinking)

everything (bill of sale, title) says g37....I realize Im probably screwed well, but I guess I didn't really think a sport package would be reflected on those documents with the importance of the model.

That's the only thing to me is that I did get sold an "S" which I did pay more for than if it didn't have the red squiggle on the back. It was one of their big selling points.

I bet the dealer didn't even know. If it was a used car lot, most of those guys don't know varying details of every car out there. They just sell you what they were told or thought. ...Reason i say is because when I originally was looking to buy used, I came across a car (online) at a used lot that was REALLY marketed as a sport, and being knowledgeable in my shopping, I knew right away it was not a sport despite the S. I sent a very brief e-mail to the place pointing out how and why it was not a sport. Couple days later I got a big THANK YOU e-mail for educating them and said they would change there add as to not, well, put someone in your shoes.
Anyway, it's worth a shot to call or go to the dealer and point it out. Print out something from INFINITI showing the details of the sport package. If they are a decent place they may work with you. If not, you could always try BBB or to the extreme, lawyer up.
You seem pretty laid back about it, but if that was me I'd be FURIOUS and knocking people out. Although, no offense, I'd never buy without the knowledge of the car.
