good find. I think its kind of annoying whenever i look online i can really only find reviews that are simply comparing the G to the 335. And i always wonder why a show like topgear never has or even talks about Infiniti. There is only one article on topgear site about the G37 and it wasnt even a review.
I came from a 2008 Evo into the G, and I'm quite happy with the performance compared to the Evo. I don't think it gets enough credit from people who know nothing about it. I'll admit I knew very little about it before it looked all sexy in the showroom and said "buy me".
yea, i havent heard anything less than 5.6 before, which makes me a little bit surprised by that number, but hey if they got it then thats fine with me
With all four wheels grabbing traction, our G37x raced to 60 in only 5.2 seconds, a full second faster than the rear drive 5-speed auto G37 we tested last year.
How do you get 5.2? I am just wondering b/c I did many 0-60 runs in my x coupe and I get 5.5 consistently. Granted, I'm just mashing the throttle from dead stop, so the revs start out from idle? Only mods I have are uprev and grounding kit, both of which didn't do anything to improve 0-60 time (although they did make the car better throughout the range and daily driving).
Does anybody know what's the proper technique for launching the x to actuallyg et in the low 5's like the article??
