anyone have pic of JP Lip installed properly?
anyone have pics of the JP lip installed perfectly with the entails attached to the bumper? please post it if u have one. only ones i can find on the forum is ones that dont go flush with the bumper. looks like hell. theres gotta be a way to install it properly. use of a heat gun or more tape, screws, whatever. i like the look of the kit but not if its gonna cheapen the look of my ride once i get it on..

I'm sure you've seen my post... It's on there perfect now except for where it mounts inside the fender as your describing. I took it back off and tried to overlap the bottom part of fender and what it will end up doing is pushing the front part of the lip up. So you'll end up with a lip stock height pointing upward.
But I believe with a heat gun this probably can be solved since poly becomes flexible and somewhat mold-able with some heat. I want the ends that align inside the fender to fit flush too and will probably try this weekend or next to do so. I am super **** about my car, but this one has slid by since its not seen except when the tires are turned, but it still bothers me.

^^ Looks Awesome Molded!
Yes, molding is an option. But it's not practical if you are near slammed or slammed since every time you scrape your front, you'll have to paint the entire front cap. That's almost a $400 difference for me.
Spoke with my friend in body shop and said all poly can be heated to mold better and fit unlike fiberglass. Said he does it all the time to get better fitting. So it can be done. I'll post pics when I do.
