If you're looking for opinions, I don't think your list is necessarily bad, but I would prioritize. Keeping your list in mind, here are my suggestions:

1. Springs/Coilovers
2. Sway Bars
3. Tint
4. Paint Wheels
5. Black Grille
6. Exhaust

...and so on. Just my $.02.

Another modification I would suggest that I think is very underrated is a short shifter. (If you drive a manual.) Anyway, it's your car. Do what you want. And have fun with it.

Yeah... Of course, that's just one of my suggestions. I'm sure some other people would tell you that a short shifter is a waste of money or something. Different strokes for different folks. However, I am quite satisfied with it...

 

JUst get your suspension done and ur windows tinted then you can start making a new list
