no the stillen is aftermarket. If the dealer is telling you that, he must be hiding things

 

i think the previous owner simply replaced the stock with stillen intake. Is there any other mod on the car except for the intake?

 

He didnt state it was stock i noticed it yesterday when i was looking at the car, and it looks like ita lowered but that can be stock, other than that no mods present. I got out of class too late to head to the dealer tonight and this heavy nyc rain ruined it so first thing tomorrow im going to pick it up.
