Looking for some quick opinions to get started....

Hello all! I am new to this forum and I am on the verge of purchasing a 2011 G37 Sport Coupe (6MT). I've previously owned 2003 Touring 350Z (new). I had a lot of issues with the tire feathering as has been well documented. My question is does the G37 have any significant, wide spread issues similar to the feathering? I'll take some time to go through these forums, but I just wanted to get a quick start from the experts. Thanks!

No tire feathering issue but seat bubble issue Yes. They might fix it for 2011 but who knows.

Search around in the TSB section, theres a lot of good information in there regarding most of the problems had with the G.

Good Luck with you purchase

2011's have the same seat issue but all the other things seem to be resolved. My previous 2009 coupe had almost 30,000 miles on the original tires and they were wearing down perfectly.

No issues. More sophisticated ride compared to Z. I take it you've test driven one already?
