hey guys, i need some advise from the experts. i've got '10 G coupe with this aero kit on.



its the same one as the one they put on the anniversary edition and almost the same one as the IPL (except the fog lights). recently i ran into a garage door while avoiding the stupid snow pile



so i've got this replaced. costed me $1500 for a brand new one from infiniti (yea i know, i should've just repaired it but i was concerned with the color not matching and wasn't going to be that cheap either) i posted a FS thread on G35NYC.com and a few 08 model owners are interested in it. but i'm not sure if it'll fit for them. if anyone knows the changes from 08 to 10 models really well and has any idea, please advice. i'll post up a FS thread here as well later. thanks in advance!

 

I know this doesn't answer you question but OUCH! Think i would have rather ran into the white snow pile...would have been a better color match atleast haha. Sorry man, somebody sure has an answer for this.

I just bought this bumper and had it put on my car before it was painted. i have an 2008 sport coupe, this is a 2011 sport coupe bumper

Custom wiring, you can splice the current fog light wires

Where did you buy the bumper form? and were the fogs included?

do u know for sure? cuz i've got a few ppl interested in it and would like to make sure that they can fit it on their 08 models. i spoke to a few dealers and they all either dont know for sure or said no when i asked if it'd fit. any other opinions?? thanks!

 

got it from the dealership, no it did not come with fogs. I bought the 3 lower grilles, washer fluid tank, and fog lights from orderinfinitiparts.com the dealership sells the fogs for 303 for each one i got them for 150 each. you can also buy the bumper from orderinfiniti parts but with shipping its comes to be the same price

 

Im not going to say if they do or dont, i took a chance on buying hoping the 2011 sport bumper would fit on my 08 sport and the only thing i had to do was get a new washer fluid tank and add the fogs, so there could be some different parts you might need to get, it depends

 

yeh that's really what i ended up telling the ppl who are interested in it. i honestly dont see any reason why it wont fit. both models practically look the same. it sux having the only kind of bumper that no one really knows about sometimes lol

any other gurus out there that know exactly what changes from 08 models to 10?
