When you say "sticker", most people would think you were talking about the manufacturer's window sticker. You know, the one that comes on all new cars. A dealer added sticker is just BS anyway. They usually slap that on there to add money for crap like pinstripes and other useless crap.

Knowing the true deal, don't sweat it. You got a great deal on the car, so screw the mats. If I were you, I'd just pay for the damn mats myself. It's not much money. Too bad I don't have any mats left....I sold a bunch of new sets.

Okay deal you got on the car, definitely better than mine. I picked up my '11 xS coupe on 2/1/11 for $522/month 24 months 0 down. Another member actually got his today from the same dealership for $415/month $0 down for 39 months. We both got 15K miles a year...if money didnt grow on trees, I wouldve been pissed but I enjoy the car so much I dont even care how much is costs, you pay to play. Especially me...2 blown front tires 3 weeks into owning the car. NYC potholes FTL

Its not the 125 bucks that is the problem, its more the point that there messing with me for 125 dollars on a 48k car.
Does your invoice also list each and every parts in your car? I'm sure no, right? So based on your dealer's reasoning, your car should not come with air filters, should not come with oil filter, should not come with a windshield, etc,...because they are not listed on your invoice. Their logic don't make any sense.

wtf kind of car doesnt come with floor mats? I would not be leaving that dealership without them.

Also, not sure what the laws are like where you live, but in Toronto (Ontario), every contract comes with a 10 day cooling off period, which means you have the right to return the vehicle and get a full refund within that time frame.

If I didn't get those mats, I would ask the sales guy if he feels it is worth it to lose his commission for an $80 set of mats.

It comes with mats, even when you go to their site under accessories it states " replaces factory installed mats" There you go...go back and demand the mats. Tell them your going to blow them away on any survey plus post negative reviews about the dealership on the internet, should get their attention...

Just so you know I told my dealer when I was buying my 08 that floormats WOULD come as apart of my sale or I would walk. It was the last thing, he was trying to haggle, and with 10 grand down on the car I told him to eat it or watch me walk to another dealership and get the same car. FLOORMATS/TRUNKMAT ARE NEGOTIABLE

Mine didn't come with mats either and I bitched about it until they ended up giving me the rubber mats a few weeks later. Get what's yours. Floor mats are standard. Infiniti is a luxury brand after all.

just call Infiniti consumer affairs, they will have the dealership give you mats.. don't even deal with these dealership spokespersons.. you all waste too much time with these low level idiots.

LOL....they can't possibly list everything that makes up a car on any sticker. At least not a sticker that anyone would bother to read. I wonder exactly how many parts it takes to make an average car. I'm guessing it's more than 10,000 at least. Imagine reading that list on a sticker?

Things like floor mats aren't like a windshield or air filter. All cars come with those, but not all cars come with floor mats. But most do and all should come with them.

I'm probably giving the dealer too much credit, but maybe they thought you were talking about the all-weather rubber mats? Those aren't standard with the car.

Some dealers can really be cheap but I was lucky. I picked up my 09 G37xS quite late on a cold Dec. night and when looking it over noticed a trunk matt was missing. The parts dept. was closed but my dealer went back and looked around the dept. untill he found the right matt for my car. Not a big deal but he could have told he'll get it for me the next day. A couple of days later when I went to hook up my Ipod I found the connection cord was missing so I called the dealer to let him know. The next day I recieved a small box that was shipped to me FedEx overnight from the dealer. He knew I lived about 35 miles from the dealership and making a trip there was a waste of my time. When I bought the car I got a really great price as the car market was still in the tank and most all dealerships were deep discounting. So he treated me well even if they didn't make a ton of profit off my deal. I guess every dealership makes the decision on how to conduct their relationships with there customers and I found a good one.

Hmmm, I was told by my dealership that carpeted floor mats are standard. The premium carpeted floor mats aren't. Your dealership should be ashamed of how they are trying to nickle and dime you. They forgot to put my first aid kit(listed on the sticker) in my car so I called up the salesman and was told to come pick it up at my convience. They shouldn't be making such a fuss over floor mats

First aid kits are now optional, but floor mats are definitely standard onthe 2011 sedan. They're POS mats though so investing in the all weather mats (definitely not from that dealer) might be worth it.
