I wonder what kind of synthetic oil they use. Contrary to what many say, all oils are not created equal.

With that said, I go to the Nissan dealer up the street since the Infiniti dealer is 40 miles away.

I wouldn't go there, ever. Just DIY. less hassle, you get to work on your car a bit, and save $ and frustration when they mess something up

Maybe for you, but I work on vehicles all day so when I can catch a break at home I take it. I always take my own oil anyway. I also take the 30secs to check the dip stick and ensure the filter is tight.
Anyone who has a hoopty would appreciate this deal at least. Tire rotation included! :P

I get my oil changed here, never had any problems. I don't use the synthetic blend though, they have reg oil, sythetic blend, and full synthetic. I use the full, its about $50 for an oil change and they offer $10 off if you take the 3 question customer survey so that isn't too bad. Also offer lifetime alignment, pay $140 once and from there on out you can get an alignment anytime you want...even if you aren't getting any other service done. But yes, you guys are right there are many sketch firestones out there just gotta find a good one.

+1 Twisting wrenches all day makes me not want to work on my own car.

As for the tire rotation....
