I've never had any desire for a vanity plate either, something about be remembered easier kinda bothers me. I do like that the OP's plate is not obviously a vanity plate, it looks normal at a glance.

After a period of time the plates "expire" if never renewed and come available again. A plate that isn't turned in has the same status as a stolen one over time. I bet someone has it.
That is how I got "THINK SO" on my '94 Supra TT in '00. I transferred it to my SRT-8 and am keeping it active until I get something worthy again.
