Exactly what happened to me... thought they were crap, then saw them up-close, and they look great. from the pictures, you dont get a good idea of the depth of the rims. went from hating them to really liking them.

I also thought it was truly disgusting in the photos but when I saw it in person.... wellll I still think the wheels are ugly lol their just wayyy to busy looking. Maybe if they got rid of those little spoke then it would look much better. The front however is ok. It looks like it has good potential for a modder. I think if you paint the bottom middle part of the bumber black it would look decent and pretty good. And maybe with something like a stillen spliter it would look even better.

I like the color, the front is meh, wheels are meh. I actually like the front of the 2011 G37x coupe a lot more then the G37s coupe.
But the color again is great. When I go to trade in my 2009, if I go with Infiniti again (which is very likely) I'm going to seriously consider that color if it's still avaliable when I do trade in.

Personally I love the wheels and would willingly trade my '08 sport wheels to someone who picks up an '11 but is not feeling them. The front end is a whole 'nother story though, it just looks awful and I have never been a fan of fog lights, especially on a sports car. ROFLMAO at the plankton gobbler.

Lapis blue looks like a faded athens blue, the brightness from the sun might make it look extra faded
the headlights looks like crap due to the reflector, it needs removing for it to look good

reflector is necessity for lease return as well as inspection.
but honestly carz, glad you got the 2k10... i still can't get used to the new bumper for the sport pkg
