Got a new toy =) (pic inside!)

Do you guys think i should just take it to the dealership so they install it just in case they mess up my original shift **** and then I'll get a new one? lol

OMG, where did you get the miniature replica??? Me... WANT!!

Oh, and cool **** - sorry no experience replacing so cant help - cant see it being too bad though. Sorry about the useless reply, lol!

i had my dealer replace mine after they ripped it .but make sure u ask if they can remove it WITHOUT ANY DAMAGE if the service guy says SURE E CAN DO IT FOR 50$or so then if they damage it they have to replace..that what i did and i got a new **** sittin on my dresser

I had mine removed with no issues, the dealerships in So Cal have a tool that unlocks it and it slides right off. When I called to make my apointment the service manager at south bay Infiniti told me straight up, "do not try removing it at home, results may vary"... they are aware, Infiniti probably made it that way on purpose.

So I called Infiniti willow grove and the service rep said they can't take the shift **** off because it will rip the threads... I was like this is the first time I hear this and he had to call me back Monday... Wtf
