HELP! Faux Vent Question

Whats up guys! Before you yell and type "should have searched for it"
I've been searching for like an hour lol

I recently purchased a black grill and installed it and it looks great. However, i noticed that the faux vents(thanks jake) and the lower grille, are a weird black finish. More like a matte or flat black finish. I want to paint them the same as the grill and i can't seem to find any one that has that on theirs. Also, how the hell do you remove them!?

here's my car so far...

I think the texture contrast is good for the "vents." You could keep it looking a deep black with some trim protectant like "back to black"

Not sure how they come out but it has been done. I am sure if you take of the front bumper there are probably clips that hold them in. Cant be that hard.

I painted 3months ago. you need take off the front bumper. and you'll see the 2clips left & right inserts, 4~6 clips middle insert. it's easy. just paint them gross black.

wawa and sheetz are awesome after hours. also, painting mesh plastic glossy black is very ricey. it looks like bad bodyshop paintwork. leave them alone. just my opinion.

I say leave the stock vents alone unless you're doing brake ducting / fog lights.
Is that the wawa on verree road?
