obviously i was being sarcastic.
it is wrong if you left it in the car but im sure there is a disclosure somewhere just like a valet parking garage to take your belongings out.
i'd let the executive manager or service manager know about that dealership for the issue but no one would know it was in the car but you, who parked your car, or who worked on it, or washed it.

Ahh, this reminds me of when the Toyota guy had a camera in his car and recorded the guys taking stuff and licking leftover prescription pill residue.
You should buy another iPod from Craigslist or something, install a camera in your car, see if they take the bait, and send the tape to your local news stations and CNN
