Okay so i read a few threats on the forum. I think i know what happened. I recently put on a blackout out grill, and i think i pinched the cable with the black radiator cover (which was a huge pain in the *** taking on and off by the way). Anyways, what this thread is about, is how can i pop that latch. What are my options? Id rather not take it to infiniti because i know they will charge me $50 for labour.

Oh ya, the latch on the passenger side wont pop, the drivers side will, when i pull the release in the car, only the drivers side pops, i tried pushing down on the hood and have someone pull the release, which obviously didnt work since the problem isnt the latch itself.

 

Anyone? is it possible to reach the passenger side latch cable through the grill or somehow through the wheel well?

 

through the passenger side wheel well. Need to remove the passenger side wheel to access it, then u can hit the latch with a flat head screw driver...
