I would highly recommend against taking two spots. That will just get the jerks to key your car. Due to snow in the lot, I had to double park my new eclipse (years ago). Not ten minutes later a jerk keyed it.

Have you guys ever tried double parking? I don't mean like being an ***, but if you already park as far away as possible from most traffic, why not double park as well?
That way, even if that minivan does show up beside you, they'll be a good half a spot away!
I sometimes quadruple park.

Badddd idea, people get mad when they see that and will key your car.

Wow... I thought my car was the only car being targeted by a**hole drivers. I always try to park next to the curb(only one car is able to park next to me) and as close to the curb as possible giving people ample enough space to park their car without hitting mine. if their are no curb spaces available, i try to park near a camera just in case i get a hit and run driver or a hater comes along and scratches my baby. Still doesn't stop the door dings or the scratches that magically appear. It also didn't stop the fat biotch in a beat up 94 integra with no insurance from hitting the back of my car as i was going through the toll booth. I've only had the car about 4 mths and im already about to give up.

I wouldnt recommend double parking. Save those for the douchebags
Man, I ALWAYS park next to a curb at work for the same reasons as you and some of these fukcers think that gives them the right to park over the line and closer to my car. That **** just annoys the hell out of me!
